It compares very favorably with the traditional netti pot, since it does not require unnatural tilting of the head; it creates a more powerful stream since it is not limited to gravity power; outflow water will not flow onto clothing since the users head can easily lean over the sink.
It is important when using this product to keep the mouth open and say ahhh to avoid putting pressure on the ears.
I use this product regularly since I purchased it. This product is the best value for the money.
