(More customer reviews)I was surprised to see that one user had rated this product so low. Unfortunately, some people fail to follow the simeple instructions and they don't receive the full benefit of sinus rinse. I found that the 8oz. bottle was sometimes not enough rinse so I bought this larger bottle and it is wonderful. I use mine in the shower. I will rinse with about 2/3rds of the bottle and then finish my shower about 10 minutes which gives the first round time to soak in. I will then use the remaining 1/3 and this really makes a big difference in flushing out the crud. I used to have sinus infectoins 3-4 times a year. I haven't had a sinus infection since I started using this 2 years ago.
