(More customer reviews)I just placed my second order for the refill packets since I can not find them in stores and I do not need any more bottles. The saline rinse itself keeps my sinuses moist and comfortable; most importantly, I have not picked up any colds at the office -- and there have been plenty going around. I use three packets per bottle and I use distilled water each time in order to maintain this wonderful environment up my nose! Who knew that this would be so life changing? I am much more comfortable in the mornings, at work and sleeping -- so this works all 24 hours. Using the saline rinse in the morning after my shower and again before I go to bed is just extremely helpful; I have also used the rinse in the middle of the day when it got so cold and uncomfortable outside and found that I can easily prepare the rinse at home and carry in a bag to the office.
If you experience allergic sneezing fits (like me) and have "sinus issues" which may be related to dry air, then this will be great for you.
