Seemed like a good idea, but it finished the 8oz of water in 10 seconds and it only worked for 2 days and then the water leaked into the battery area and caused them to leak everywhere. It doesn't work now 3 days later and there is battery juice everywhere. I followed all directions as written.

The Waterpik SinuSense Water Pulsator is an innovative twist on a centuries-old therapeutic treatment. Traditional Ayurvedic practitioners and Western doctors alike recommend frequent sinus cleansing to prevent buildup of allergens and bacteria and to promote better health. The Waterpik SinuSense brand's proprietary water pulsator is for people who want a maximum cleanse and comfort from a gentle pulsating stream that massages and moisturizes the sinus passages. The easy-to-use, battery-powered water pulsator does all the work with an easy squeeze of the trigger, and it's safe for everyday use for ages six and up. The SinuSense Water Pulsator is an all-natural approach to better breathing.
The Benefits of Healthy SinusesAccording to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, nearly 31 million Americans suffer from sinusitis, inflammation of the sinuses that occurs with viral, bacterial, or fungal infection. Sinus washing reduces sinus and allergy symptoms and the frequency and intensity of allergy attacks. Sinus washing provides a safe, affordable, and natural experience.
An Ancient Technique for Modern HealthSinus washing is an ancient Ayurvedic technique, called jala neti, with origins based in the yoga tradition. In Eastern cultures, jala neti is performed as routinely as we brush our teeth or wash our hands. Although Western doctors commonly prescribe antihistamines, decongestants, steroids, and antibiotics, they also recommend sinus washing for allergy sufferers and patients with chronic sinusitis. Allergists and ear, nose, and throat specialists (ENTs) also encourage sinus washing as a preventive approach to allergies and key to sinus health.
Easy to Use, Easy to CleanThe cordless, battery-operated Waterpik SinuSense Water Pulsator is easy for anyone to use. Fill the removable reservoir with 8 ounces of warm distilled water (tap water may be used) then add one Waterpik SinuSense Soothing Saline Easy-Pour Pack. At the sink, lean forward, apply the SoftSeal nozzle to one nostril and press the FlowControl trigger, for 10 seconds, for a gentle, pulsating stream of water entirely under your control. Repeat with the other nostril; use twice a day for maximum relief. The removable water reservoir is BPA free and microwave and dishwasher safe.
The Waterpik SinuSense Water Pulsator is recommended for ages six and older.

Grossan Hydro Pulse Nasal and Sinus Irrigation System with the Original Grossan Sinus Tip Review

Grossan Hydro Pulse Nasal and Sinus Irrigation System with the Original Grossan Sinus Tip

I am a convert to the idea of nasal irrigation, having previously used a waterpik with a nasal adapter for several years. There is no question that nasal irrigation can alleviate sinus problems. I decided to try the Grossan Nasal Irrigation System and found the pulsation an improvement over the waterpik. The Grossan provides more control over the strength of the stream of water. HOWEVER, my Grossan began to link around the 8th month of use and completely failed 29 days after the one year warranty. Considering that the Grossan is close to $100, I can't recommend it. It is too expensive when it fails in so short a time. Another reviewer mentioned that he had gone through two Grossans in a relatively short period of time. I took the Grossan apart after it failed to see if there was any way I could fix it. The motor is not well protected from any water seepage which suggests to me that once it begins to leak through the bottom, its days are limited.
