(More customer reviews)Product seems to work okay. Was a little disappointed when I found out I needed to use distilled water AFTER I purchased. It would have been nice knowing this beforehand. Purchasing and using distilled water is a little bit of a headache and a deterrent in using the product. I haven't used it as much as I thought I would because of this issue.
