(More customer reviews)I've had sinus trouble as far back as I can remember. Not a stuffy nose, but pressure in my ears, which has affected my sense of equilibrium and been uncomfortable at times. My husband and I have been using the Neti Pot for less than a month, but it worked for both of us immediately! Neither one of us has had to take decongestants. Instead, if we start to feel stuffy, we'll just use the Neti pot twice a day vs. once. It's so simple..fill the pot with filtered water, add 1/4 tsp. of the special salt, heat to body temperature, and tip head to the side..irritants and mucus are flushed out, and we can go about our day. We've recommended this product to all our friends and family.
