(More customer reviews)My sinus was so bad, I had two surgeries in one year, and the sinus had eaten away the bone in my eye sockets. One sinus cavity had staph infection, and I was on extreme high doses of antibiotic. The ear, nose and throat specialist started my on this Neil Med's sinus rinse, which you use with distilled water. I have to do this twice a day, and if I miss, I will start to get an infection. My primary care physician has told me not to stop these rinses, as he cannot believe the changes in the relief of the infections. NeilMed has been a lifesaver to me and has become part of my daily routine. Great Product, my husband has allergies and when they start to act up, he rinses a couple of days, and it goes away. This is better than any sinus medications.
